Photos will be placed what looks best unless specified on the direction. We either do diamond crop, or square crop.
Tips to ensure the most beautiful tie:
send us the highest quality photo
keep faces away from edges if possible and have more space around the edges
send us full frame photos. (not cropped) the more space we have to work with, the easier it is to do the diamond crop. We have the capability to blur, crop, or whatever is needed to make it look just right.
The better the image quality the better the quality of the finished piece. If your image is blurry or pixilated your tie will look the same.
We do our best to show the most accurate color, but due to the differences in screens and monitors, color may slightly Vary.
Please allow up to 5-7 days before shipping, we will be in contact if your order takes longer.
We may need to crop or color correct your photo to make sure it looks great when printing.
We always strive to do exceptional work on every tie and carefully care for personal items sent to us. If you provide us your own personal tie, we are not held responsible for any damages, defects, or imperfections that could occur during transportation, application, and returned delivery.
The process involves the use of a digital printer to produce images on paper with sublimation ink. Then combined with high temperatures making the image permanent.
Because of personalization, no returns will be accepted.
Once we have completed the printing, the photos will be deleted and removed. If you want to reorder additional products in the future, you will need to resend a new photo. No photos are saved or stored after completion.
